摘 要:针对当前艏部露天甲板防雨风口普遍采用鹅颈式通风筒和菌型通风筒设计形式存在的不足,提出一种将通风围井、箱式可闭防雨风口、泄水管和水密蝶阀相结合的防雨风口设计形式。对该防雨风口形式的各要素进行阐述,并通过实际案例对其在船上的应用进行分析。在此基础上,对两种防雨风口设计形式的优缺点进行对比,结果表明,新型防雨风口设计能达到防浪、结构形式紧凑和美观性较好等目的,相关设计思路可供同类型艏部露天甲板的防雨风口设计参考。In view of the shortcomings of gooseneck and mushroom ventilators commonly used in the rain-proof air vents on the open deck at the bow,a design of rain-proof air vents combining the ventilation enclosure,box-type rain-proof air vents,drainpipes and watertight butterfly valves is proposed.This paper elaborates the elements of the rain-proof air vent and analyzes its application on ships.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing types and the new type of rain-proof tuyere design are compared.The result shows that the new type of rain-proof tuyere design can achieve the purposes of compact structure,wave prevention and improved aesthetics.The relevant design ideas can be used for reference in the design of rain-proof tuyere of the same type of bow open deck.
