摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定导赤丸(水蜜丸)中栀子苷、芍药苷、连翘酯苷A、盐酸黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用依利特C_(18)-BP色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相0.2%三乙胺-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长230、267 nm。结果10种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9996),平均加样回收率98.44%~99.72%,RSD 0.47%~1.06%。结论该方法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于导赤丸(水蜜丸)的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of geniposide,paeoniflorin,forsythoside A,coptisine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride,berberine hydrochloride,baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein and wogonin in Daochi Pills(water-honeyed pills).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Elite C_(18)-BP column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.2%triethylamine-acetonitrile flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 230,267 nm.RESULTS Ten constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9996),whose average recoveries were 98.44%-99.72%with the RSDs of 0.47%-1.06%.CONCLUSION This simple,rapid and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Daochi Pills(water-honeyed pills).
