摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定小儿青翘颗粒中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C、连翘酯苷A、葛根素、甘草酸的含量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相0.15%磷酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长250、327 nm。结果9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9993),平均加样回收率98.77%~103.59%,RSD 1.47%~2.25%。结论该方法简便准确,可用于小儿青翘颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid C,forsythiaside A,puerarin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xiao’er Qingqiao Granules.METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.15%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 250,327 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9993),whose average recoveries were 98.77%-103.59%with the RSDs of 1.47%-2.25%.CONCLUSION This simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Qingqiao Granules.
