摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定双活风湿凝胶贴膏中升麻素苷、羟基红花黄色素A、羌活醇、蛇床子素、异欧前胡素的含量。方法该药物60%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters Symmetry Shield-C_(18)色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温20℃;检测波长310、400 nm。结果5种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率98.04%~99.29%,RSD 1.19%~2.27%。结论该方法稳定,重复性好,分辨率高,可用于双活风湿凝胶贴膏的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,hydroxysafflor yellow A,notopterol,osthole and isoimperatorin in Shuanghuo Rheumatism Gel Plaster.METHODS The analysis of 60%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25℃thermostatic Waters Symmetry Shield-C_(18)column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 310,400 nm.RESULTS Five constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9990),whose average recoveries were 98.04%-99.29%with the RSDs of 1.19%-2.27%.CONCLUSION This stable,reproducible and high-resolution method can be used for the quality control of Shuanghuo Rheumatism Gel Plaster.
