苏黄止咳胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床疗效。方法116例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用苏黄止咳胶囊,疗程14 d。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、肺功能指标(FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%、FEV_(1)/FVC)、血气分析指标(PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、SaO_(2))、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、炎性细胞因子(IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、PaCO_(2)、CD8^(+)、炎性细胞因子降低(P<0.05),肺功能指标、PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊可安全有效地改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者肺功能、血气分析指标,提高免疫功能,降低炎症反应,保护肺组织。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Suhuang Zhike Capsules on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.METHODS One hundred and sixteen patients were randomly assigned into control group(58 cases)for 14-day intervention of conventional treatment,and observation group(58 cases)for 14-day intervention of both Suhuang Zhike Capsules and conventional treatment.The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function indices(FEV_(1),FEV_(1)%,FEV_(1)/FVC),blood gas analysis indices(PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),SaO_(2)),T lymphocyte subsets(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),inflammatory cytokines(IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α)and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM syndrome score,PaCO_(2),CD8^(+),inflammatory cytokines(P<0.05),and increased pulmonary function indices,PaO_(2),SaO_(2),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Suhuang Zhike Capsules can safely and effectively improve pulmonary functions,blood gas analysis indices,enhance immune functions,reduce inflammation responses,and protect pulmonary tissues.
