扶正养血抗癌方对气血亏虚型早中期宫颈癌术后辅助化疗患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨扶正养血抗癌方对气血亏虚型早中期宫颈癌术后辅助化疗患者的临床疗效。方法 114例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组57例,对照组采用TP方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用扶正养血抗癌方,疗程12周。检测临床疗效、D-D、MMP-9、VEGF、NK细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、TNF-α、SCCA、CA125、中医证候评分、KPS评分、Ⅲ级不良反应发生率变化。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ级不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组D-D、MMP-9、VEGF、TNF-α、SCCA、CA125、中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),NK细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、KPS评分更高(P<0.05)。结论 扶正养血抗癌方可安全有效地抑制气血亏虚型早中期宫颈癌术后辅助化疗患者血管新生,调节免疫功能,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Fuzheng Yangxue Anticancer Formula on patients receiving postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for early or middle stage cervical cancer due to Qi and Blood Deficiency.METHODS One hundred and fourteen patients were randomly assigned into control group(57 cases)for 12-week intervention of TP regimen,and observation group(57 cases)for 12-week intervention of both Fuzheng Yangxue Anticancer Formula and TP chemotherapy scheme.The changes in clinical efficacy,D-D,MMP-9,VEGF,NK cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+),TNF-α,SCCA,CA125,TCM syndrome score,KPS score and incidence of GradeⅢadverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05),along with lower incidence of GradeⅢadverse reactions(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group displayed lower D-D,MMP-9,VEGF,TNF-α,SCCA,CA125 and TCM syndrome score than the control group(P<0.05),along with higher NK cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+),KPS score(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients receiving postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for early or middle stage cervical cancer due to Qi and Blood Deficiency,Fuzheng Yangxue Anticancer Formula can safely and effectively inhibit angiogenesis,regulate immune functions.
