摘 要:目的研究木贼麻黄Ephedra equisetina Bunge.茎中木脂素,并考察其抗哮喘活性。方法木贼麻黄70%乙醇提取物采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。采用底物显色法检测C48/80诱导的大鼠嗜碱性白血病细胞(RBL-2H3)的β-氨基己糖苷酶释放率。结果从中分离得到22个化合物。化合物1能抑制β-Hex释放,改善RBL-2H3脱颗粒现象。结论化合物1~22为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1具有潜在的抗哮喘活性。AIM To study the lignans from the stems of Ephedra equisetina Bunge.and to investigate their anti-asthmatic activities.METHODS The 70%ethanol extract from E.equisetina was isolated and purified by silica gel colum,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographic method,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The anti-asthmatic activities of lignans were evaluated by releasingβ-Hex in C48/80-induced RBL-2H3 cells with chromogenic substrate method.RESULTS Twenty-two compounds were isolated and identified.Compound 1 could inhibitβ-Hex release and improve the degranulation of RBL-2H3.CONCLUSION Compounds 1-22 are first isolated from this plant.Compound 1 possesses potentially anti-asthmatic activities.
