摘　　要：为建立同时测定一支箭中3种成分含量的方法,为一支箭多成分质量评价提供参考。以3-O-甲基槲皮素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷为参照物,计算其对另外2种成分的相对校正因子。测定的三种化合物分别在7.136~208.137、4.883~365.728、3.306~264.795μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为101.2%(RSD=0.85%)、99.8%(RSD=1.23%)和98.5%(RSD=1.12%);相对校正因子分别为1.00、1.08、0.95,所得结果与外标法结果基本一致。所建立的一测多评法可准确测定一支箭中3种活性成分的含量。A method for the simultaneous determination of 3 active components in Ophioglossum vulgatum L.was established,in order to provide a reference for the quality evaluation of multiple components in Ophioglossum vulgatum L..The relative correction factors of 2 components were calculated with 3-O-methylquercetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside as the reference material.3 components had a good linear relationship in the range of 7.136~208.137,4.883~365.728,3.306~264.795μg/mL,respectively.The average sample recovery rates were 101.2%(RSD=0.85%),99.8%(RSD=1.23%)and 98.5%(RSD=1.12%),respectively.The relative correction factors were 1.00,1.08,0.95,and the results obtained were basically consistent with the results of the external standard method.The method can be used to determine the content of three active components in Ophioglossum vulgatum L..
