摘  要:利用金丝富集-冷原子荧光分光光度法对环境空气中气态汞进行测定,金丝微粒富集管采集环境空气中的气态汞,汞在金膜表面生成金汞齐。将富集管在600℃以上加热解析,汞被定量释放出来,随载气进入测汞仪内经过再次富集和解析,利用冷原子荧光分光光度法测定,通过探讨最佳的富集条件,可有效地提高气态汞的吸收率。经试验,该方法具有简便、快捷、不使用化学试剂等优点,其检出限、精密度和正确度均能满足环境空气中气态汞的测定要求。The gaseous mercury in ambient air was determined by cold atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer with gold wire preconcentration.The gaseous mercury in ambient air was collected by a gold wire particle enrichment tube,and the mercury formed gold amalgam on the surface of the gold film.The concentration tube was heated above 600℃and the mercury was released quantitatively.The mercury was then re-enriched and re-analyzed with the carrier gas into the mercury meter and determined by cold atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer,the absorption rate of gaseous mercury could be effectively increased.The test showed that the method was simple,fast and chemical reagents free.Its detection limit,precision and accuracy could meet the requirements for the determination of gaseous mercury in ambient air.
