波罗蜜基活性炭吸附废水中金属离子性能研究

摘  要:以波罗蜜外壳为前驱体,以氨水为活化剂制备了波罗蜜基活性炭,并考察了不同碳化温度、不同吸附条件下的活性炭吸附性能,结果表明:最佳的碳化温度为400℃,此时活性炭具有较大的比表面积和较好的吸附性能;最优的吸附条件是,吸附温度为40℃,吸附溶液pH值为4,吸附时间为40 min,在此条件下锌离子、镍离子的吸附去除率分别达到89.71%和83.18%;锌、镍离子共存条件下,彼此存在竞争吸附关系。The activated carbon based on balo honey was prepared by using balo honey shell as precursor and ammonia as activator.The adsorption properties of activated carbon under different carbonization temperatures and different adsorption conditions were investigated.The results showed that the optimum carbonization temperature was 400℃,and the activated carbon had larger surface area and better adsorption performance.The optimal adsorption conditions were as follows:the adsorption temperature was 40℃,pH value of the adsorption solution was 4,and the adsorption time was 40 min.Under these conditions,the adsorption removal rates of zinc ion and nickel ion were 89.71%and 83.18%,respectively.Under the coexistence of zinc and nickel ions,there was a competitive adsorption relationship between them.
