摘  要:采用热处理(温度分别为105℃和400℃)手段处理油基钻屑,分别得到两种含油钻屑干渣C1、C2,采用索氏抽提法测定了两种干渣的含油率,并在50℃情况下,分别考察了不同掺量条件下,干渣对固井水泥浆性能的影响。结果表明:C1含油率为4.52%,亲水性差,C2含油率为1.44%,亲水性得到改善;C1作为外掺料添加至水泥浆后,水泥浆的稠化性能、失水、强度等性能受到一定影响,推测是含油量太大导致,影响了水泥浆的凝结及固井常规添加剂效能的发挥,但基本都可控,初步认为C1最大掺量可达20%;C2作为外掺料添加至水泥浆后,对水泥浆性能影响较小,初步认为C2最大掺量可达40%。Oil based cuttings were dehydrated(105℃)and calcined at high temperature(800℃)to obtain two kinds of dry slag C1 and C2,respectively.Soxhlet extraction method was used to determine the oil content of the two kinds of dry slag.The results showed that the oil content of C1 was 4.52%with poor hydrophilicity,while that of C2 was 0.33%with improved hydrophilicity.When C1 was added to cement slurry as an admixture,the thickening performance,water loss,strength and other properties of cement slurry were affected to some extent.It was speculated that the oil content was too high,which affected the setting of cement slurry and the performance of cementing conventional additives.When C2 was added to cement slurry as admixture,it had little effect on the performance of cement slurry.It was preliminarily believed that the maximum admixture of C2 can reach 40%.
