药学综合实验室开放模式的初探

摘　　要：近年来,我国对药学人才的需求不断增加,这对于实验动手能力要求较高的医药行业来说,实验课的教学模式和实验室的管理模式就显得更为重要。我校的药学专业相关实验室基本采用半封闭式的管理模式,且现有的实验课主要采用传统的被动式教育学习,学生的参与度不高。为此,我们首先对我校的药剂学实验室开展了开放管理使用,初步探索合适的开放模式,为后期药学综合实验室的完全开放总结经验,奠定基础。In recent years,there has been an increasing demand on pharmaceutical talents in our country.Teaching mode of experimental course and laboratory management mode are very important for pharmaceutical industry which characterized with high requirements for experimental operation ability.Pharmaceutical related laboratories are almost under semi-closed management mode in our department,and the existing experimental courses mainly adopt traditional passive education and learning ways,and students engagement is not enough.Therefore,an open management mode was carried outon pharmaceutical laboratories in order to explore the appropriate opening mode for the complete opening of pharmaceutical comprehensive laboratories in the later stage.
