摘  要:洞库油罐换底大修作业风险因素繁杂,通过用故障树分析法对洞库油罐换底大修项目发生风险事故的概率和各影响因素对安全事故的影响程度进行定性与定量分析。结果表明:18种潜在模式会导致洞库油罐换底大修项目施工风险事故发生,另有多种措施可以避免风险事故发生;洞库油罐换底大修项目施工中发生风险事故的概率高达96.77%。最后,针对性地提出4种有效的风险管理预防措施,为今后洞库油罐换底大修项目施工风险管理提供参考。The risk factors of the oil tank replacement and overhaul operation are complex,by using the fault tree analysis,the probability of a risk accident and the degree of influence of various factors on the risk accident in the overhaul project of the bottom replacement of oil tanks in a cave depot were determined and quantitative analyzed.The results showed that 18 potential modes would lead to the risk accidents in the construction of the overhaul project of the oil tank bottom replacement in the cavern,and other measures could avoid the risk accidents.The probability of the risk accident in the construction of the oil tank replacement overhaul project of the cave depot was as high as 96.77%.4 kinds of effective risk management measures were put forward to provide reference for construction risk management in the future.
