摘　　要：目的 :总结产妇泌乳启动延迟管理的证据。方法 :系统检索国内外数据库和网站中关于产妇泌乳启动延迟管理的证据,包括临床实践指南、最佳实践信息、临床决策、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价、随机对照试验,检索时间为2017年1月至2022年5月,由研究者对文献质量进行评价,并进行证据总结。结果:共纳入11篇文献,其中系统评价6篇,随机对照试验5篇,汇总出泌乳启动评估方法、泌乳启动影响因素、泌乳启动干预策略三大类别20条证据。结论 :汇总的20条产妇泌乳启动延迟管理证据质量较好,可在临床应用。医护人员在应用证据时应结合临床情景和影响因素,制定泌乳启动延迟管理策略,减少产后泌乳启动延迟发生率,提高母乳喂养率。Objective:To retrieve the evidence of management of delayed onset of lactation among breastfeeding women.Methods:We systematically searched databases and websites for evidence on delayed onset of lactation to collect guidelines,best practices,expert consensuses,systematic reviews and randomized controlled trials.The retrieval period was from January 2017 to May 2022.Two researchers with evidence-based nursing background assessed the quality of the literature independently and extracted the evidence.Results:A total of 11 articles were included,including 6 systematic reviews and 5 Randomized Controlled Trials.Twenty pieces of evidence were obtained,including evaluation methods of lactation initiation,influencing factors of lactation initiation,prevention of delayed lactation initiation and intervention.Conclusion:This study summarized 20 pieces of the evidence of management for delayed onset of lactation,which can be applied in clinical practice.Medical staff should formulate management strategies for delayed onset of lactation based on clinical scenarios and influencing factors to reduce the incidence of delayed onset of lactation and to improve breastfeeding rates.
