摘　　要：静脉穿刺是静脉输液中不可缺少的护理操作程序,同时也是住院患儿因疼痛或恐惧抵触情绪较高的有创操作。文章综述了国内外儿童无痛静脉穿刺的干预措施,包括药物性、非药物性镇痛,旨在为未来临床选择最佳镇痛干预措施提供参考。Venipuncture is an indispensable nursing procedure in intravenous infusion,meanwhile is an invasive procedure that hospitalized children have a high level of resistance to due to pain or fear.This article summarized the intervention methods for painless venipuncture in pediatric patients,including pharmacological and non-pharmacological analgesia.It is expected to provide information for nurses to choose the analgesic intervention method in future clinical practice.
