养老机构老年综合评估工具的范围综述

摘　　要：目的 :系统分析国内外养老机构老年综合评估工具的现状和发展,为今后养老机构开发老年综合评估工具以及开展老年综合评估提供参考。方法 :按照范围综述的研究方法,检索相关数据库从建库至2021年7月的相关文献,并检索相关网站,追溯纳入文献的参考文献,全面收集养老机构老年综合评估工具的相关文献。结果:共检索1 619篇文献,根据纳入和排除标准,最终纳入24篇,经数据提取后共总结出14种老年综合评估工具,常用工具主要为国际居民评估工具、老年人资源与服务评价量表、连续性记录与评估工具等,评估内容更加倾向于老年人健康状况,评估目的多为提高护理质量。结论 :目前暂无针对性较强的养老机构老年综合评估工具,未来可进一步结合目前各种相关评估工具的优势研制与时俱进的评估工具,体现评估的动态性、连续性和整体性。Objective:To analyse the current situation and the advancement of Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment tools for nursing homes in China and abroad to provide references for the development of Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment tools and implementation of such assessment in the future.Methods:According to the research method of scoping review,related databases were searched.Papers about Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment tools were retrieved from the established time to July 2021.We also searched relevant websites and referred to citation of those included papers.Results:A total of 1619 papers were found,and 24 papers were finally included,14 Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment tools including interRAI,OARS,CARE and the like were summarized.The assessment focused mainly on the health status of the elderly in order to improve their life quality.Conclusion:There are no available Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment tools for the elderly in nursing homes currently,which calls for such tools to keep pace with the times with dynamism,continuity and integrity.
