摘 要:以某选矿高泥全尾砂为骨料,进行新型钢渣基充填胶凝材料强度试验。在胶砂比和料浆浓度相同条件下,该高泥全尾砂充填体强度显著高于42.5水泥,且成本更低。在此基础上,开展不同料浆浓度和胶砂比的高泥全尾砂充填料浆的管输特性试验,包括料浆的流动性参数和稳定性参数,并建立充填料浆管输特性数学模型。结果表明:当料浆浓度提高时,充填料浆稠度、泌水率、分层度均逐渐减小;当胶砂比增大时,料浆稠度逐渐增大,而泌水率逐渐减小。The strength test of a new steel slag-based filling cementitious material was carried out with a high-mud tailings as aggregate.Under the same conditions of cement-sand ratio and slurry concen tration,the strength of the high-mud full tailings backfill is significantly higher than that of 42.5 cement,and the cost is lower.On this basis,the pipeline transportation characteristics test of high-mud full tailings filling slurry with different slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio was carried out,including the flow parameters and stability parameters of the slurry,and the mathematical model of the pipeline transportation characteristics of the filling slurry was established.The results show that when the slurry concentration in creases,the consistency,bleeding rate and stratification of the filling slurry gradually decrease.When the cement-sand ratio increases,the slurry consistency gradually increases,while the bleeding rate gradually decreases.
