摘 要:钢铁工业生产过程中产生的超细粒高炉灰(-20μm产率>75%)粒度小、锌含量高,使用水力旋流器将其中的锌高效分离出来具有较高的经济和环保价值。为确定合理的分离工艺技术参数进行了旋流器直径、底流口直径和管道压力试验。结果显示,采用直径75 mm的水力旋流器,在进料浓度为8%,管道压力为0.09 MPa情况下,富锌溢流产率达69.75%、Zn品位为26.13%,富集比达1.73,底流Zn品位大幅度下降至11.96%;水力旋流器富集锌具有成本低、效率高、减少碳排放等优点。Ultra-fine blast furnace ash(yield of-20μm greater than 75%)has small particle size and high zinc content which produced in iron and steel enterprise production process.It has high economic and environmental protection value to efficiently separate zinc from ultra-fine blast furnace ash using hydro cyclone.In order to determine the reasonable technical parameters of separation process,the hydrocyclone diameter,underflow port diameter and pipeline pressure tests were carried out.The results showed that when the hydrocyclone with diameter of 75 mm was used,under the condition of feed concentration of 8%and pipeline pressure of 0.09 MPa,the zinc-rich overflow yield rate was 69.75%,the zinc grade was 26.13%,the enrichment ratio is 1.73,and the underflow zinc grade is significantly reduced to 11.96%.En richment of zinc by hydrocyclone has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and reducing carbon emis sions.
