摘 要:磨矿过程是选矿厂生产成本较高的一个作业过程,其智能控制具有非线性、变量多、耦合性强等特点。为实现磨矿过程的智能控制,针对塔磨分级过程的控制目标与控制难点,利用数据驱动的无模型自适应控制方法具有鲁棒性强、参数少,且适用于工业现场的控制回路设计的特点,将旋流器的给矿浓度和给矿压力分为2个简单的控制回路,基于无模型自适应控制,设计了塔磨分级过程控制的2个单回路控制器,达到了精准控制给矿浓度和给矿压力的目的。The grinding process is an operation process with high production cost in the concentrator.Its intelligent control has the characteristics of nonlinearity,multiple variables and strong coupling.In order to realize the intelligent control of grinding process,the following methods are proposed for the control objec tives and control difficulties of tower grinding classification process.The data-driven model-free adaptive control method has the characteristics of strong robustness,few parameters,and is suitable for the design of control loops in industrial sites.The feed concentration and feed pressure of hydrocyclones are divided into two simple control loops.Based on model-free adaptive control,two single-loop controllers for tower mill classification process control are designed,achieving the goal of accurate control of feed concentration and feed pressure.
