摘  要:卸矿站卸矿时产生的冲击气流是诱导粉尘产生的主要原因,严重污染卸矿站及联巷作业环境。通过建立卸矿站气固两相流数学模型,运用Fluent软件对冲击气流产生过程及影响因素进行模拟研究。研究表明:冲击气流的大小对卸矿站粉尘运移有着直接影响;卸矿冲击气流最大值与卸矿量、矿石粒径均呈正比例关系;模拟结果与实测结果一致,为卸矿站冲击气流及粉尘的治理提供依据。The impact airflow generated by the unloading of the ore unloading station is the main cause of dust generation,which seriously pollutes the working environment of the unloading station and the joint roadway.By establishing the mathematical model of gas-solid two-phase flow in the unloading station,Fluent software was used to simulate the process and influencing factors of the impact airflow.The research shows that the size of the impact airflow has a direct impact on the dust migration in the unloading station.The maximum value of impact airflow is proportional to the amount of ore unloading and ore particle size.The simulation results are consistent with the measured results,which provides a basis for the treatment of impact airflow and dust in the unloading station.
