中西结合疗法在浆细胞性乳腺炎中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎患者应用超声引导穿刺联合口服桂枝茯苓胶囊、夏枯草胶囊、胸腺肽肠溶片、醋酸泼尼松片治疗的效果。方法:选取2013年3月—2021年10月山东省东明县妇幼保健院收治的70例浆细胞性乳腺炎作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各35例。对照组实施超声引导穿刺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊、夏枯草胶囊、胸腺肽肠溶片、醋酸泼尼松片治疗,比较两组治疗效果、复发率、治疗前后炎性因子水平。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:浆细胞性乳腺炎患者应用超声引导穿刺联合口服桂枝茯苓胶囊、夏枯草胶囊、胸腺肽肠溶片、醋酸泼尼松片治疗,能更好地缓解患者的炎症,临床疗效可靠,而且能降低复发风险,对患者预后有促进意义。Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided puncture combined with oral administration of Guizhi Fuling Capsule,Xiakucao Capsule,Thymopolypeptides Enteric-Coated Tablets and Prednisone Acetate Tablets in patients with plasma cell mastitis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with plasma cell mastitis admitted to Dongming County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shandong Province from March 2013 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided puncture,and the treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule,Xiakucao Capsule,Thymopolypeptides Enteric-Coated Tablets and Prednisone Acetate Tablets on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,recurrence rate and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The treatment ultrasound-guided puncture combined with oral administration of Guizhi Fuling Capsule,Xiakucao Capsule,Thymopolypeptides Enteric-Coated Tablets and Prednisone Acetate Tablets in patients with plasma cell mastitis can better relieve inflammation,have reliable clinical efficacy,reduce the risk of recurrence,and have promoting significance for the prognosis of patients.
