扶阳法治疗社区常见慢性病及杂病

摘　　要：现代社会由于用药多寒凉,或者喜凉饮以及久居空调屋,或熬夜过多,以及中老年人阳气逐渐耗损,遵循内经《素问·阴阳别论》“谨熟阴阳,无与众谋”,临证中认定阴阳核心问题,又以郑钦安在《医理真传》云“医学一途,难于识阴阳”,尤其重视阳气,认为有阳则生,无阳则死,强调“治之但扶真阳,内外两邪皆能灭,是不治邪而实治邪也”。在临床中发现多以扶阳法治疗,多用桂附、砂仁、淫羊藿等扶阳中药治疗慢性病和杂病,多能取得预期效果,因此扶阳理论值得在社区医院中推广并予以应用。In modern society,due to the dominant use of cold drugs,or the preference for cold drinks and prolonged living in airconditioned rooms,or frequent staying up late,as well as the gradual depletion of yang qi in middle-aged and elderly people,according to the principle of"distinguish yin and yang based on pulse taking,rather than based on symptoms and other diagnosis methods"in the Inner Canon of Huangdi"Plain Questions·Separate Discussion on Yin and Yang",the core issue of yin and yang is identified in clinical practice.Zheng Qin'an also stated in his"True Biography of Medical Theory"that"in the way of medicine,it is difficult to recognize yin and yang",paying special attention to yang qi,believing that with yang,one will live,and without yang,one will die,emphasizing that"treating evil while supporting the true Yang,both internal and external evils can be eliminated,which is not intended to treat evil but actually treats evil".In clinical practice,Fuyang method is predominant for treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine of Fuyang method including Guifu,Fructus Amomi and Epimedium Herb are often used to treat chronic diseases and miscellaneous diseases,most of which can achieve the expected results.Therefore,the Fuyang theory is worth promoting and applying in community hospitals.
