摘　　要：目的:分析X线胸片结合结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)试验筛查大学新生结核病的价值。方法:选取2021年9月北京林业大学5600名入学新生作为研究对象,均行X线胸片检查、PPD试验,分析筛查结果。结果:5600名大学新生均接受X线胸片检查、PPD试验筛查,筛查率为100.00%。经PPD试验筛查,强阳性学生共88名,占1.57%。经检查,肺部结核阳性6名,占0.11%。结论:X线胸片检查结合PPD试验为大学新生入学时结核病筛查的有效方式。Objective:To analyze the value of chest X-ray film combined with tuberculin purified protein derivative(PPD)test to screen tuberculosis in college freshmen.Methods:A total of 5600 freshmen of Beijing Forestry University in September,2021 were collected as the study subjects.All the freshmen underwent chest X-ray examination and PPD test.The screening results were analyzed.Results:All 5600 freshmen underwent chest X-ray examination and PPD test,and the screening rate was 100.00%.After PPD test screening,a total of 88 students were strongly positive,accounting for 1.57%.After examination,6 students were tuberculosis positive,accounting for 0.11%.Conclusion:Chest X-ray film combined with PPD test is an effective way to screen tuberculosis in college freshmen.
