摘 要:目的:分析优质护理在急诊急性食物中毒抢救中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年4月贵州航天医院收治的92例急诊急性中毒抢救患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予优质护理。比较两组抢救效果、抢救恢复情况、住院观察时间、症状表现情况、护理不良事件发生情况、护理满意度。结果:试验组抢救有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。试验组抢救时间、意识恢复时间、生命体征恢复时间、住院观察时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。试验组腹痛腹泻、全身乏力、恶心呕吐、四肢湿冷发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:在急诊急性食物中毒患者的抢救过程中,采取优质护理方法进行配合,能够使患者的抢救效果得到提升,缩短患者抢救时间、身体恢复时间和住院观察时间,同时有利于促进患者症状缓解,减少护理不良事件的发生,使患者护理满意度得到提高,护理效果理想。Objective:To analyze the application value of high-quality nursing in emergency acute food poisoning rescue.Methods:A total of 92 emergency acute poisoning rescue patients admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing.The rescue effect,rescue recovery,hospitalization observation time,symptom performance,nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The rescue response rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030).The rescue time,consciousness recovery time,vital sign recovery time,and hospitalization observation time in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of abdominal pain,diarrhea,malaise,nausea and vomiting,and cold clammy limbs in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030).Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:In the rescue process of emergency acute food poisoning patients,the use of high-quality nursing methods can improve the rescue effect of patients,shorten the rescue time,physical recovery time and hospitalization observation time of patients,and at the same time it can promote the relief of patient symptoms,reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events,improve patient nursing satisfaction,and achieve ideal the
