摘  要:目的:探讨基于LERANS模式的健康教育在老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月宜昌市兴山县人民医院收治的142例老年糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组。对照组应用常规健康教育干预,研究组应用以LERANS模式为基础的健康教育。比较两组健康知识掌握和健康行为达标情况、自护能力评分。结果:研究组健康知识和行为达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预前,两组自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能、健康知识、自护意识评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能、健康知识、自护意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用LERANS模式进行健康教育,可提高老年糖尿病合并高血压患者健康知识和行为的达标率以及自护水平。Objective:To explore the application effect of health education based on LERANS model in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods:A total of 142 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension admitted to Yichang Xingshan County People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine health education intervention and the study group was given with LERANS model based health education.The qualifications of health knowledge mastery and health behavior and the scores of self-care ability in the two groups were compared.Results:The qualification rates of health knowledge and behavior in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge,and self-care awareness between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge,and self-care awareness in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LERANS model for health education can improve the qualification rates of health knowledge and behavior,as well as the level of self-care in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.
