精准培训模式在突发公共卫生事件期间无偿献血宣传中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精准培训模式在突发公共卫生事件期间无偿献血宣传中的应用效果。方法:选取2018—2021年武威市中心血站献血志愿者作为研究对象,将2018—2019年数据作为精准培训前的数据组,2020—2021年数据作为精准培训应用后数据组。观察2013—2021年武威市中心血站无偿献血人次和团体无偿献血人次,比较精准培训前后献血成功率、团体献血情况、无偿献血“回头”情况、无偿献血知识知晓率。结果:2013—2021年实际值与预测值比较图显示,实际值走势受到突发公共卫生事件影响,但实际值仍然高于预测值,说明精准培训事件具有正向影响作用。精准培训后献血成功率高于精准培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精准培训后团体献血率高于精准培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精准培训后无偿献血“回头”率高于精准培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精准培训后7~17岁人群、18~60岁人群无偿献血知晓率高于精准培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:突发公共卫生事件对本地区无偿献血工作有影响。精准培训模式对无偿献血工作有促进作用,对突发公共卫生事件带来的临床用血短缺危机起到缓解作用,是一项行之有效的方法。Objective:To explore the application effect of precision training model in unpaid blood donation promotion during public health emergencies.Methods:The blood donation volunteers from Wuwei Central Blood Station from 2018 to 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The data from 2018 to 2019 were used as the data group before precision training,and the data from 2020 to 2021 were used as the data group after precision training.The number of unpaid blood donations and group unpaid blood donations at Wuwei Central Blood Station from 2013 to 2021 were observed.The success rate of blood donation,group blood donation,"return"of unpaid blood donation,and awareness rate of unpaid blood donation knowledge before and after training were compared.Results:The comparison chart between the actual value and the predicted value from 2013 to 2021 showed that,the actual value trend was affected by public health emergencies,but the actual value was still higher than the predicted value,indicating that precision training events had a positive impact.The success rate of blood donation after precision training was higher than that before precision training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The group blood donation rate after precision training was higher than that before precision training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The"return"rate of unpaid blood donation after precision training was higher than that before precision training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the precision training,the awareness rate of unpaid blood donation among people aged 7-17 years and 18-60 years was higher than that before precision training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The public health emergency has an impact on unpaid blood donation in this region.The precision training model promotes the work of unpaid blood donation and alleviates the crisis of clinical blood shortage caused by public health emergencies,which is an effective method.
