摘　　要：随着中国人口老龄化问题的日益突出,中风病的发病率也在不断攀升,该病治愈难度大,患者在接受治疗后,仍有很高的复发风险,且复发后预后较差,高复发率是造成死亡率和致残率高的重要原因之一。中风病应尽早开始二级预防,中医疗法对中风病的二级预防主要体现在“治未病”思想,其疗效确切,不良反应小,具有一定的优势。将传统中医和现代康复技术结合,在临床中能获得更佳的治疗效果。该文系统总结了近5年中医疗法在中风病防治中的重要作用,详细论述中医疗法对中风病二级预防的作用及面临的挑战,并对中医疗法的提升空间进行具体研究。With the increasingly prominent population aging problem in China,the incidence of stroke is also rising.It is extremely difficult to cure this disease.After the patients receive a treatment,there is still a high risk of recurrence and the prognosis after recurrence is poor.The high recurrence rate is one of the important reasons for high mortality and high disability rate.For stroke,secondary prevention should be initiated as soon as possible.The secondary prevention of TCM therapy for stroke is mainly reflected in the idea of"preventive treatment of disease",with exact curative effect,mild adverse reaction and certain advantages.The combination of TCM and modern rehabilitation technology can achieve a better treatment effect in clinical practice.This paper systematically summarizes the important role of TCM therapy in the prevention and treatment of stroke in the past 5 years,discusses the secondary prevention effect and challenges of TCM therapy for stroke,and studies the improvement space of TCM therapy.
