摘　　要：目的:探讨酵母重组胶原蛋白凝胶对皮肤创面的愈合效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月海安市皮肤病医院收治的82例皮肤存在创口的患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组给予重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用酵母重组胶原蛋白凝胶治疗,比较两组治疗效果、创面愈合时间、住院时间、疼痛评分、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。观察组创面愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗21 d后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,创面面积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗21 d后,两组血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酵母重组胶原蛋白凝胶对皮肤创口创面的愈合效果较好,可加快患者创面愈合,缩小创面面积,减轻患者疼痛程度及炎性反应。Objective:To explore the healing effect of yeast recombinant collagen gel on skin wound.Methods:A total of 82 patients with skin wounds who were admitted to Haian Dermatology Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor,and the observation group was treated with yeast recombinant collagen gel on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,wound healing time,hospital stay,pain score,and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).The wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 21 d of treatment,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the wound area in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 21 d of treatment,the serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yeast recombinant collagen gel has a good healing effect on skin wound,it can accelerate the wound healing,reduce the wound area,alleviate pain level and inflammatory response.
