摘　　要：目的:探讨酵母重组胶原蛋白修复敷料对面部激光术后患者的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月于吉林省松原市中心医院行面部激光术的82例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各41例。对照组于术后涂抹瘢痕平软膏,研究组在对照组基础上涂抹酵母重组胶原蛋白修复敷料,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清基质金属蛋白酶-9、转化生长因子-β1低于对照组,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组温哥华瘢痕量表、皮肤病生活治疗指数调查表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组表皮含水量、表皮油脂含量高于对照组,经皮水分丢失低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酵母重组胶原蛋白修复敷料对面部激光术后患者皮肤修复效果显著,可降低血清基质金属蛋白酶-9和转化生长因子-β1水平,提高碱性成纤维细胞生长因子水平,改善患者皮肤功能。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of yeast recombinant collagen repair dressing in patients after facial laser surgery.Methods:A total of 82 patients undergoing facial laser surgery in Songyuan Central Hospital of Jilin Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given scar reducer ointment after operation and the study group was given yeast recombinant collagen repair dressing on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect in the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 and transforming growth factor-β1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and basic fibroblast growth factor in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Vancouver Scar Scale and Dermatology Life Treatment Index Questionnaire in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the epidermal water content and epidermal oil content in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the transcutaneous water loss in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yeast recombinant collagen repair dressing has a significant effect on skin repair in patients after facial laser surgery,which can reduce the levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 and transforming growth factor-β1,increase the level of basic fibroblast growth factor,and improve the skin function of patients.
