电针深刺“腰椎五穴”配合“臀三针”治疗中青年非特异性腰痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针深刺“腰椎五穴”配合“臀三针”治疗中青年非特异性腰痛的效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年12月于北京市昌平区中西医结合医院针灸二科收治的82例中青年慢性非特异性腰痛患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各41例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,试验组给予电针深刺“腰椎五穴”配合“臀三针”治疗。比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分。结果:治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.854);治疗1、2、3周后,试验组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前及治疗1、2、3周后,两组JOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2、3周后,两组JOA评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针深刺“腰椎五穴”配合“臀三针”,能够减轻中青年慢性非特异性腰痛患者的疼痛症状,改善其腰部功能。Objective:To explore the effect of electro-acupuncture deep needling at"lumbar five acupoints"and"buttock three needles"in the treatment of young and middle-aged patients with nonspecific low back pain.Methods:A total of 82 young and middle-aged patients with nonspecific low back pain who were admitted to the Second Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with electro-acupuncture deep needling at"lumbar five acupoints"and"buttock three needles".The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P=0.854).After 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment and after 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment,the JOA scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The electro-acupuncture deep needling at"lumbar five acupoints"and"buttock three needles"can alleviate the pain symptom of young and middle-aged patients with nonspecific low back pain and improve their lumbar function.
