推拿整脊联合温针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨推拿整脊联合温针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年8月广州市东升医院收治的80例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予温针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施推拿整脊,比较两组治疗效果、中医证侯评分、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。治疗前,两组头晕目眩、活动受限、肢体麻木、乏力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组头晕目眩、活动受限、肢体麻木、乏力评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-β(IL-β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:神经根型颈椎病患者采用推拿整脊联合温针治疗的效果显著,可改善其临床症状,减轻炎性反应,建议临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of chiropractic massage combined with warm needling in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in Guangzhou Dongsheng Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm needling,and the observation group was treated with chiropractic massage on basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of dizziness,limitation of motion,limb numbness and fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of dizziness,limitation of motion,limb numbness and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-β(IL-β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:For the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,chiropractic massage combined with warm needling can obtain significant effect,improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response and is recommended for clinical promotion.
