针对性护理在重症监护病房气管插管患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性护理在重症监护病房气管插管患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月郑州市第七人民医院收治的80例重症监护病房气管插管患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理满意度、心理状况、不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:针对性护理在重症监护病房气管插管患者中的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者的心理状况,提高患者的护理满意度,减少不良反应。Objective:To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing for patients with endotracheal intubation in intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 80 patients with endotracheal intubation in the intensive care unit admitted to Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The study group received targeted nursing.The nursing satisfaction,psychological status and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,anxiety and depression scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The application effect of targeted nursing for patients with endotracheal intubation in the intensive care unit is remarkable,which can improve psychological status of patients,elevate the nursing satisfaction of patients and reduce the adverse reactions.
