摘 要:目的:探讨阐述模拟练习交流支持(ESPCS)护理干预在老年骨质疏松患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年4月—2022年4月兰州市中医医院收治的106例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组,各53例。对照组给予传统护理,试验组给予ESPCS护理,比较两组护理满意度、疾病知识了解情况及认知功能评分、自我效能评分、健康信念评分。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组疾病知识了解情况评分及认知功能、自我效能、健康信念评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组疾病知识了解情况及认知功能、自我效能、健康信念评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ESPCS护理干预在老年骨质疏松患者中的应用效果显著,可提升患者对疾病的认知、健康信念、自我效能、生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of elaboration simulation practice communication support(ESPCS)nursing intervention in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 106 elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture in Lanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into test group and control group according to random lot method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing and the test group was given ESPCS nursing.The nursing satisfaction,disease knowledge mastery and cognitive function scores,self-efficacy,and health belief scores in two groups were compared.Results:Nursing satisfaction in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of disease knowledge mastery,cognitive function,self-efficacy and health belief between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of disease knowledge mastery,cognitive function,self-efficacy and health belief in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of ESPCS nursing intervention in elderly patients with osteoporosis is significant,which can improve the patients'cognition of disease,health belief,self-efficacy,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.
