摘　　要：该文分析了社区肠道门诊存在的问题,探讨社区肠道门诊建设策略。结合上海市浦东新区北蔡社区卫生服务中心肠道门诊工作实践,发现社区肠道门诊主要诊治疾病为急性胃肠炎,同时发现肠道门诊为开展食源性疾病监测的重要阵地。但存在肠道门诊就诊量低、食源性疾病监测漏报等现象。为加强社区肠道门诊建设,提出了严格执行消毒隔离制度、建立奖励机制、加强硬件建设、建设智能监测报告系统等策略,以促进肠道门诊的发展。This paper analyzes the existing problems of community intestines clinics and discusses the construction strategies of community intestines clinics.Combined with the work practice of intestines clinic of Beicai Community Health Service Center in Pudong New Area of Shanghai,it is found that the main disease diagnosed and treated in the community intestines clinics is acute gastroenteritis,and the intestines clinics are the important place for foodborne disease surveillance.However,there are phenomena such as low number of intestines clinic visits and underreporting of foodborne disease surveillance.In order to strengthen the construction of community intestines clinics,strategies such as strict implementation of disinfection and isolation system,establishment of reward mechanism,strengthening hardware construction,and building intelligent surveillance reporting system are proposed to promote the development of intestines clinics.
