摘　　要：以蒙特利尔大学医学中心项目以及百济神州研发中心等建筑设计项目作为案例,分析如何应用建筑信息建模,特别是其辅助协调同设计、动态变化,数据管理,以及性能模拟的优势,来提高医疗及科研建筑在设计阶段的准确性及高效性。This article takes the Central Hospital of University of Montreal(CHUM)project and BeiGene R&D Center and other architectural design projects as cases to analyze how to apply Building Information Modeling(BIM),especially its advantages of supporting design coordination,dynamic change,data management,and building performance simulation,to improve accuracy and efficiency in the design stage of healthcare and research buildings.
