摘  要:以稻秸秆粉为填充料,以聚丙烯(PP)膜为基体,采用混炼和热压成型方法制备未添加和添加抗氧化剂维生素E稻秸秆/PP木塑复合材料,研究稻秸秆/PP木塑复合材料抗老化性能和力学性能。实验结果表明,添加抗氧化剂维生素E的稻秸秆/PP木塑复合材料表面褪色现象较小,未添加氧化剂秸秆/PP木塑复合材料表面褪色现象较大,且维生素E含量0.8%和1.2%两组试样效果最好。从而得出,抗氧化剂维生素E能降低秸秆/PP木塑复合材料的老化和力学性能损失。即改性稻秸秆/PP木塑复合材料能满足户外家具的设计要求,并在现代户外景观设计中广泛应用。Using rice straw powder as filler and polypropylene(PP)film as matrix,rice straw/PP wood plastic composites without and with antioxidant vitamin E were prepared by mixing and hot pressing.The aging resistance and mechanical properties of rice straw/PP wood plastic composites were studied.The experimental results show that the surface fading of rice straw/PP wood-plastic composites with antioxidant vitamin E is small,and the surface fading of straw/PP wood-plastic composites without oxidant is large,and the two groups of samples with vitamin E content of 0.8%and 1.2%are the best.Therefore,the antioxidant vitamin E can reduce the aging and mechanical properties loss of straw/PP wood plastic composites.The modified rice straw/PP wood plastic composite material can meet the design requirements of outdoor furniture and is widely used in modern outdoor landscape design.
