摘  要:某市46号、47号旧桥采用多点同步顶升技术进行改造。以该工程为依托,研究混凝土连续箱梁在顶升过程中支撑体系的受力特征,运用有限元分析软件Midas Civil建立该桥的数值分析模型,模拟梁体顶升过程中钢支撑受力模式,分析了4种工况下钢支撑的整体受力性能和稳定性能。结果表明:175号、176号支架各构件组合应力满足规范的要求,其在不同工况下的施工过程的稳定性能够满足使用要求。The old bridges of 46#and 47#in a certain city are transformed by multi-point synchronous jacking technology.Based on this project,this paper studies the force characteristics of the support system of the concrete continuous box girder during the lifting process,establishes the numerical analysis model of the bridge by using the finite element analysis software Midas Civil,simulates the steel support force mode during the lifting process of the beam body,and analyzes the overall stress performance and stability performance of the steel support under four working conditions.Through analysis,it is shown that the combined stress of each component of 175#and 176#bracket meets the requirements of the specification,and the stability of the construction process under different working conditions can meet the requirements of use.
