摘 要:依托甘肃省G30连云港至霍尔果斯高速公路清水驿至忠和段扩容改造工程(兰州北绕城东段)控制性工程什川黄河大桥,针对连续刚构跨中持续下挠问题,提出将跨中曲线型底板束调整为跨中底板水平束,以消除径向力,减小跨中下挠设计方案;针对混凝土腹板开裂问题,提出采用波形钢腹板钢-混组合梁替代传统混凝土腹板设计方案,解决刚构混凝土腹板开裂问题;针对大跨度桥梁梁截面波形钢腹板过高容易屈曲问题,提出设置内衬混凝土+水平横隔板措施,保证腹板局部稳定。以上问题的解决,进一步拓宽了刚构桥的应用范围。Based on the expansion and reconstruction project of Qingshuiyi-Zhonghe section of G30 Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway in Gansu Province(East section of Lanzhou north-round City),the control project of Shichuan Yellow River Bridge is aimed at the problem of continuous deflection in the middle span of continuous rigid frame,in order to eliminate the radial force and reduce the MIDSPAN deflection,a design scheme is put forward,which adjusts the midspan curved bottom plate bundle to the midspan horizontal one,in this paper,a new design scheme of steel-concrete composite beam with corrugated steel webs instead of traditional concrete webs is proposed to solve the cracking problem of rigid frame concrete webs,the measures of setting inner liner concrete and horizontal diaphragm are put forward to ensure the local stability of webs.The solution of the above problems further broadens the application range of the rigid frame bridge.
