摘　　要：基于SSD590全数字直流调速装置不仅实现了不锈钢冷轧机主机直流电机调磁调压的速度控制,而且利用装置内部功能块实现了卷取机直流电机的张力控制,满足了冷轧机直流电机转速较大调节范围的要求,张力控制精度较高,故障率低,使用效果好。Based on SSD590 all-digital DC speed regulation device,it not only realizes the speed control of magnetic and voltage regulation of the DC motor of the main engine of the stainless steel cold rolling mill,but also realizes the tension control of the DC motor of the winder by using the internal function block of the device.This method meets the requirements of a large adjustment range of DC motor speed in cold rolling mill.Its tension control accuracy is high,the failure rate is low,and the use effect is good.
