乡村振兴背景下高海拔地区如何发展农牧产业的几点思考——以西藏阿里地区为例

摘　　要：产业发展是乡村振兴的重要手段,是实现我国乡村振兴的重要方式。以乡村振兴背景下农牧区产业如何发展为出发点,研究了“十三五”扶贫产业发展现状,分析了高海拔地区的产业现状及其发展的优势和劣势,从指导思想、目标定位、分区布局、产业构架等方面提出了具体的对策建议。Industrial development is an important means of rural revitalization and an important way to realize rural revitalization in our country.Based on the development of agriculture and pastoral areas in the context of rural revitalization,this paper studies the development status of the“13th Five-Year Plan”poverty alleviation industries,and analyzes the current status of industries in high-altitude areas and their strengths and weaknesses in development.This paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of guiding ideology,target orientation,district layout,industrial structure,etc.
