外用小分子化合物治疗轻中度特应性皮炎的研究进展

摘　　要：特应性皮炎是一种常见的慢性皮肤病,主要特点为反复发作,严重影响患者生活质量。目前,新型的外用小分子药物如磷酸二酯酶4抑制剂、JAK抑制剂、芳烃受体调节剂、小分子抗菌肽在特应性皮炎中显示出良好的治疗效果,本文对上述药物的研究进展进行综述。Atopic dermatitis is a common skin disease,characterized by chronic process and recurrent episodes,which seriously affects patients quality of life.Currently,novel topically used small molecule drugs such as phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitors,JAK inhibitors,aryl hydrocarbon receptor modulators,and small molecule antimicrobial peptides have showed good therapeutic effects in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.In this article,we will review the research progress of the above drugs in treatment of atopic dermatitis.
