摘  要:目的分析北京某三甲医院教授考核制度对高级专业技术人员科研工作的影响。方法收集该院2012—2021年教授考核科研数据,通过增长率描述论文和课题数量的变化趋势,通过χ2检验分析考核标准改革对各类论文和各级课题的影响。按科室类别分层计算年均变化率,分析各类论文和各级课题的时间变化趋势。结果2012—2021年论文和课题数量总体呈增长趋势。考核标准改革前后发表各类论文比例(χ^(2)=193.99)、各级课题比例(χ^(2)=58.13)分布差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。改革后,不同影响因子SCI比例分布差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=173.22,P<0.001),影响因子≥5组占比呈上升趋势。非重点专科、副高级职称人员的人均论文数量呈追赶趋势,重点专科在国家级课题中保持增长趋势但增速放缓。结论教授考核制度对高级专业技术人员的科研工作具有一定的激励效果。Objective Analyze the influence of the professors evaluation system on the scientific research of senior medical professionals in a grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing.Methods The data of scientific research in the professor evaluation from 2012 to 2021 were collected,and the overall change trends of the number of papers and projects was described by calculating the growth rate.Chi-square test was used to analyze the influence of the reform of evaluation standards on the proportion of various papers and projects.The average annual rate of change was calculated according to the department category,to analyze the difference of papers and projects.Results From 2012 to2021,the number of papers and projects showed an increasing trends.There was a statistical difference in the proportion of different kinds of papers(χ^(2)=193.99)and projects(χ^(2)=58.13)before and after the reform(P<0.001).After the reform,there were statistical differences in the proportion of SCI among different impact factors groups(χ^(2)=173.22,P<0.001),IF≥5 group showed an growing trends.The per capital number of papers of the non-key specialty and associate senior professionals showed a chasing trends after the reform,the number of projects of key specialty showed a growing but slower trends.Conclusion The Professors Evaluation System has a certain incentive effect on the scientific research work of senior medical professionals.
