摘 要:介绍了华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院完善风险管理组织架构、引入医疗风险预警模型、建立医疗风险信息化预警平台,分析患者医疗风险并根据预警级别逐级干预,最终实现减少患者投诉和医疗纠纷、保障患者安全、提高医疗服务质量的实践经验。但实践中存在风险预警数据选择范围较局限、风险追踪效果缺乏评价等问题,仍需扩大风险预警研究范围,结合管理学工具分析干预效果并推动医疗风险文化内化,促进医务人员主动作为。It introduces the practical experience of Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology to improve its risk management organizational structure,and establishes an in-hospital medical risk information early-warning platform by introducing a medical risk early warning model and analyze patients'medical risks will be intervened level by level according to the warning level,ultimately reducing patient complaints and medical disputes,ensuring patient safety,and improving the quality of medical service.However,in practice,there are problems such as the limited selection of risk early warning data and the lack of evaluation of risk tracking effects.It is still necessary to expand the scope of risk early warning research,combine management tools to analyze intervention effects and promote the internalization of medical risk culture,and promote the initiative of medical staff.
