智慧医疗下“橙心助老”模式老年人服务可及性研究

摘　　要：目的通过构建“橙心助老”模式,提升智慧医疗背景下老年人服务可及性。方法以南昌大学第一附属医院门诊部符合纳入标准的就诊者为研究对象,对照组采用医院常规老年患者就诊服务模式,试验组在对照组的基础上采用“橙心助老”模式。分析卫生服务可及性模型,评价智慧医疗背景下“橙心助老”模式5A(可用性、可达性、可适应性、可负担性、可接受性)服务效果。结果按照入排标准,入组研究对象11749例,通过倾向值匹配(1∶1)基线配平临床基本数据后,试验组与对照组分别为5572例。试验组的就诊等候时间、满意度等5A分析指标都有了明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论智慧医疗背景下“橙心助老”模式为老年患者提供了更便捷、高效的就医服务。Objective To improve the accessibility of services for the elderly in the context of smart medical care by constructing the“Orange Heart to Help the Elderly”model.Methods The outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University was enrolled as the research object,the control group adopted the routine elderly patient service mode of the hospital,and the experimental group adopted the“orange heart to help the elderly”mode on the basis of the control group.The accessibility model of health services was analyzed,the5A(availability,accessibility,adaptability,affordability,acceptability)service effect of the“Orange Heart Helping the Elderly”model was evaluated under the background of smart medical care.Results According to the inclusion criteria,11749 subjects were enrolled,and 5572 cases were matched by the propensity value matching(1∶1)baseline basic clinical data,and 5572 cases were matched by the experimental group and the control group.The5A analysis of the experimental group such as waiting time and satisfaction were significantly improved(P<0.001).Conclusion Under the background of smart medical care,the combined“orange heart to help the elderly”model provides more convenient and efficient medical services for elderly patients.
