病区护理质量数智管理平台的设计及应用研究

摘　　要：目的设计与应用病区护理质量数智管理平台,运用数智化技术,实现病区护理质量精细化管理、提高护理质量。方法设计开发基于Donabedian“结构-过程-结果”评价模型的病区护理质量数智管理平台,并应用于全院44个护理病区,比护士对平台使用满意度及平台使用前后的护理质量管理效果。结果平台设计包括人力资源、质量管理、患者结局3个模块。平台应用后,护士对平台满意度高,病区护理质量检查分数上升(P<0.05),住院跌倒发生率、住院压力性损伤发生率及插管患者非计划拔管发生率下降(P<0.05)。结论基于“结构-过程-结果”理论的病区护理质量数智管理平台设计为数字化时代探索病区护理质控管理提供一定参考。Objective To design and apply a digital intelligence management platform for the quality of nursing care inwards,and to achieve refined management of ward nursing quality and improve nursing quality by using digital intelligence technology.Methods To design and develop a ward nursing quality digital intelligence management platform based on Donabedian“structure-process-result”theory.The platform was applied to 44 nursing wards throughout the hospital to compare nurses‘satisfaction with the platform and the effectiveness of nursing quality management before and after its use.Results The platform was designed by three modules:human resources,quality management,and patient outcomes.After the platform was applied,nurses'satisfaction with the platform was high,the nursing quality inspection score in the ward increased(P<0.05),and the incidence of inpatient falls,inpatient pressure injuries and unplanned extubation of intubated patients decreased(P<0.05),and the reporting of hidden incidents increased compared to before.Conclusion The design of the ward nursing quality digital intelligence management platform based on the“structure-process-result”theory provides a reference for exploring ward nursing quality control management in the digital era.
