基于经权观的护理动态管理价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于经权观的护理动态管理价值研究,改善护理质量,提升患者满意度。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院老年病科接受治疗的350名患者和30名护理人员作为研究对象。2020年10月—2021年10月,为常规护理管理工作组,对应175名患者;2021年11月—2022年10月,为基于经权观的护理动态管理工作组,对应175名患者。结果实施基于经权观的护理动态管理前自主能动性得分明显低于实施后得分,组间比较存在差异(P<0.05)。实施基于经权观的护理动态管理前胜任力得分明显低于实施后得分,组间比较存在差异(P<0.05)。实施基于经权观的护理动态管理前患者对护理人员的满意度,明显低于实施基于经权观的护理动态管理后患者对护理人员的满意度,组间比较存在差异(P<0.05)。结论基于经权观的护理动态管理价值研究能够改善护理质量、提升患者满意度,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To explore the value of nursing dynamic management based on the concept of economy and power,improve the quality of nursing and enhance patient satisfaction.Methods From October 2020 to October2022,350 patients and 30 nurses in the geriatric department of the cadre ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the research objects.From October 2020 to October 2021,it is a routine nursing management working group,corresponding to 175 patients,From November 2021 to October 2022,it is a working group for dynamic management of nursing based on the concept of economy and rights,corresponding to175 patients.Results The score of initiative before the implementation of dynamic nursing management based on the concept of economic power was significantly lower than that after the implementation,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The competency score before the implementation of dynamic nursing management based on the concept of economic power was significantly lower than that after the implementation,and there was a difference between the groups(P<0.05).Before the implementation of dynamic management of nursing based on the concept of economic power,patients'satisfaction with nursing staff was significantly lower than that of patients after the implementation of dynamic management of nursing based on the concept of economic power,and there was a difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The research on the value of dynamic management of nursing based on the concept of economy and power can improve the quality of nursing and enhance patient satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
