摘 要:通过现场挂片腐蚀及宏观形貌分析、旁路短节内壁宏观形貌分析、旁路腐蚀产物分析等手段,分析海管旁路腐蚀原因。结果表明,结合挂片情况和海管旁路短节拆出情况,管道油泥淤积是腐蚀速率升高的主要因素,在油泥淤积部位,缓蚀剂和杀菌剂无法发挥保护管道效果,细菌滋生和环境的相对稳定,进一步加剧了腐蚀。建议加强控制沉积物淤积量及淤积时间,避免因长期淤积产生严重坑蚀。The causes of submarine pipeline spool corrosion were analyzed by means of on-site coupon corrosion and macro morphology analysis,macro morphology analysis of the inner wall of spool pieces,and analysis of spool corrosion products.The results show that,in combination with the hanging piece condition and the removal of subsea pipeline spool pieces,the sludge deposition of the pipeline is the main factor for the increase of the corrosion rate.At the sludge deposition position,corrosion inhibitors and bactericides can not play a role in protecting the pipeline.The bacterial breeding and the relatively stable environment further aggravate the corrosion.It is suggested to strengthen the control of sediment deposition amount and time to avoid serious pit erosion caused by long-term deposition.
