摘 要:为保证漆膜自动涂膜仪测定结果的准确性和溯源性,本研究建立了漆膜自动涂膜仪的校准方法。该方法分别采用天平对仪器的砝码质量、秒表对涂膜速度、钢直尺对涂膜行程进行校准。按照该方法计量了某公司的一台漆膜自动涂膜仪,两个标称值均为500 g砝码的测量结果为499.6 g和499.4 g;标称值为100 mm/s涂膜速度的测量结果为100.2 mm/s;标称值为380 mm涂膜行程的测量结果为383.0 mm,并对测量结果不确定度进行了评定。结果表明,该校准方法可以准确评价仪器的计量性能,可以为漆膜自动涂膜仪及其他相关仪器的校准提供参考。A calibration method is established to ensure the accuracy and traceability of the measurement results of automatic film coating instrument.In this method,a balance is used to calibrate the weight,a chronometer to calibrate the speed and a steel ruler to calibrate the travel.According to this method,a film automatic coating instrument of a certain company is measured.The measurement results of two weights with nominal values of 500 g are 499.6 g and 499.4 g,the measurement results of coating speed with nominal value of 100 mm/s are 100.2 mm/s,and the measurement results of coating travel with nominal value of 380 mm are 383.0 mm,and the uncertainty of measurement results is evaluated.The results show this method can accurately evaluate the measurement performance of the instrument.This method can provide reference for the calibration of automatic film coating apparatus and other related instruments.
