摘 要:【目的】筛选适宜叶用莴苣叶酸含量积累的最佳环境参数。【方法】以叶用莴苣‘北紫生5号’品种为试验材料,在不同光照强度、不同温度、不同光质条件下,测定其生长形态指标及叶酸含量。【结果】‘北紫生5号’在20℃和25℃时生长形态好,25℃时叶酸含量最高;光照强度为30000 lx时生长形态最好,并且叶酸含量比12000 lx时提高了2.5倍;在单色光条件下,与白光相比,红光和蓝光均会在一定程度上抑制生长,但是蓝光下叶酸含量最高。【结论】温度为25℃,光照强度为30000 lx,光质为蓝光时,最适宜‘北紫生5号’生长及叶酸含量积累。[Objective]To screen out the best environmental parameters suitable for the accumulation of folate content in leaf lettuce.[Methods]The growth morphology index and folate content were measured under different light intensity,temperature and light quality conditions with‘Beizisheng No.5’accession as the test material.[Results]The growth morphology of‘Beizisheng No.5’was good at 20℃and 25℃,and the folate content was highest at 25℃;the growth morphology was best when the light intensity was 30000 lx,and the folate content increased by 2.5-fold compared with 12000 lx;under monochromatic light conditions,both red and blue light would inhibit the growth to some extent,and the folate content was highest under blue light.[Conclusion]The temperature was 25℃,the light intensity was 30000 lx,and the light quality was a blue light,which was the most suitable for the accumulation of folate content in‘Beizisheng No.5’.
