摘　　要：现阶段,互联网视频精彩纷呈,但是真正的优质节目源仍然来自于直播频道,特别是央视和各大卫视在晚间黄金时间段的跟播剧,具有广泛的受众影响力。本文介绍了如何基于数字电视IP前端播出平台,通过转码、复用、协议转换与解复用、自动录制、快速剪辑5个步骤,自动从直播TS中采集并生成高清节目,这是广电点播业务优质片源的重要获取渠道,最后,本文还分析了组播流自动化采集系统的优势。At the present stage,the Internet video is wonderful,but the real quality program source still comes from the live broadcast channels,especially the following plays of CCTV and major satellite TV in the prime time of the evening,which has a wide range of audience influence.This paper introduces how to automatically collect and generate HD programs from the live TS based on the digital TV IP front-end broadcast platform,through the five steps of transcoding,multiplexing,protocol conversion and demultiplexing,automatic recording,fast editing.This is an important channel to obtain high-quality video source of the radio and television on-demand service.Finally,the paper also analyzes the advantages of the automatic collection system of multicast streams.
